Noah Stanger
Co-Founder & Director
Noah Stanger is an entrepreneur from Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds a B.A. in Business Management with a minor in Accounting.
He is the Managing Director of The Stanger Group, the umbrella under which the family’s businesses and investments operate, spanning Real Estate, Hospitality and complementary industries, holding and actively managing equity stakes across these sectors. In addition, Noah serves as the Financial Director of Monseca Hospitality Group, overseeing the financial operations of its expanding portfolio of restaurants and entertainment venues across South Africa.
His areas of expertise include corporate finance, private equity, and real estate.
Thato Faku
Co-Founder & Director
Thato Faku is an entrepreneur and corporate finance professional with extensive experience across technology, logistics, private equity, and oil and gas.
He is the Managing Director of Toku Holdings, a family office with interests in corporate advisory, private equity, and commercial property. Thato brings a boutique, agile approach to the businesses he leads — one built on high-performance delivery, strategic execution, and a deep understanding of capital markets.
His areas of expertise include corporate finance, corporate advisory, private equity, real estate, and strategic investment.
